Bible time..

Psalm 33:20 tells us "We wait in hope for the Lord; He is our help and our shield."

It is so very important for us to read and memorize God's Word, it is the absolute Truth. He is faithful to His Word and gives us strength.

Believe that his Word is Truth, believe in His promises.

For at least one thing each day, be thankful, even if it seems small.

Do not give up, have faith. Hebrew 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Hebrews 11 is about faith. There are many scriptures on faith.

Boy, do I struggle with this almost daily. Living with a chronic illness, taking care of 6 children, homeschooling and being in my early 30's with my hubby is difficult. Some days I wonder what on earth am I doing, or trying to do? But I don't have to wonder! God knows, he has a perfect plan and I just need to rest in Him, read His Word, believe, be thankful and have faith.

When it comes down to it, only what is eternal really matters.

I had meant to stop by sooner!! I dont know a ton about the Hallejulia diet, but please be sure you are getting vitamin B-12!! This is so important, it is the *energy* vitamin. Doesn:t come from most plant sources, though I have a superfood plus green drink-from Richard Schulze-which I mix up each morning which says has it in there from the ocean algae and other marine plants in it. That is controversial, but I believe it!

My mom has fibro, but she has many other health issues and can:t ever get a handle on them. If it:s not one thing it:s another. I have heard of this book though, Reversing Fibromyalgia. I haven:t read it, but It caught my eye so maybe you would like to check it out, here is the link...

Also, sorry about the typos! Some keys on my keyboard are not working. I may have to restart. LOL Talk to you soon!! Praying for your energy, endurance and state of mind....

HUGS,
Jenn
